WCA factory audits are conducted to assess social responsibility (also known as human rights audits), andA certificate will be awarded for scores of 85 and above.Required weekly working hours do not exceed 60 hours.If the factory does not have all employees purchasing the 5 insurance policies, issues will be noted.WCA factory audits require attention to environmental and safety aspects.Environmental impact assessment reports, environmental impact registration forms, approval of environmental impact, workplace inspection reports, etc.The report will be sent to the payer. If the payer is your customer, you will have to obtain it from them.The fee is based on the number of factory employees; the more employees, the higher the cost, typically USD 650-800. One person for one day of inspection. WCA Social Responsibility Factory Audit allows for temporary workers, but they must have a labor contract and cannot be paid below the minimum wage standard.
