3. The fecal sludge pipeline should be intact and unobstructed, prefabricated septic tanks should be tightly sealed, without damage or leaks.
4. During transshipment operations, feces must not contaminate water quality or the working area. Wastewater from cleaning operations should be appropriately treated before being discharged into the sewage network or collection pond, and should not be directly released into the surrounding water bodies.
