Application Range
Products are used for road and bridge waterproofing projects, and are also suitable for waterproofing of building roofs, terraces, underground, and tunnel engineering.
Construction technique
1. Surface Preparation
(1) The base material must be sturdy, flat, and clean, free of dust, grease, wax, release agents, and other debris.
(2) All small pores and sand holes can be sealed by mixing a small amount of water with Leak King to form a damp paste, then smoothing it out.
Prior to applying the paint material, the substrate can be pre-wetted but should not have any standing water.
2. Surface preparation and cleaning → Application of detailed waterproofing layer → Large-area film-forming waterproofing layer (thin coating applied multiple times) → Sealing of ends and edges → Quality inspection and acceptance → Protection and isolation layer application
(1) Subgrade Treatment: Clear the soil, stones, and debris from the bridge deck. The subgrade surface must be free of dust, dirt, and any accumulation of water, ensuring it is clean and dry.
(2) Construction must be equipped with complete tools, and the surface must be sprayed three times using a high-performance spray gun.
(3) Apply the polymer-modified asphalt waterproofing paint, then allow it to dry before applying the second and third coats of waterproofing paint, continuing until the desired thickness is achieved.
Section 6: Precautions
1. This product is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from 5°C to 35°C. It must be protected from rain, intense sunlight exposure, and frost during the construction process.
2. If there is any sediment, it does not affect the quality; simply stir well before use.
3. Material Storage: Strictly prohibited from high temperature exposure. If the drum cover is opened, seal it immediately after use; be cautious of freezing at 0℃.
