2. When the tines encounter an unexpected breakage, they must be replaced promptly; otherwise, it will affect the equipment's operational efficiency.

3. When replacing the rake teeth, first rotate the shaft with the faulty rake teeth to the equipment's inspection hole plate. Open the plate, use a tensioning tool to tighten the rake chain up and down to facilitate removal. At this point, you can disassemble according to the structure shown in Figure 2. After replacing the rake teeth, reassemble the equipment as shown in the figure.

4. Equipment is regularly maintained through minor, medium, or major repairs according to the maintenance schedule. A minor repair should be conducted after continuous operation of 4,000 hours, checking for loose foot screws and other connecting parts, inspecting all wearing parts, and replacing those that are severely worn. A medium or major repair should be carried out after continuous operation of 12,000 to 16,000 hours, and it is recommended to entrust these repairs to the manufacturer.

5. When the turning chain plate is too loose or too tight, adjust the main chain wheel bearing bracket adjustment screw (the factory has adjusted it appropriately at the time of manufacture; generally, no adjustment is needed).
