The internal flow grille plate is composed of six major parts: the machine frame, drive system, grille plate system, backwashing system, slag removal system, and electrical control system. The reducer motor drives the sprocket to rotate, which in turn drives the grille plate to continuously rotate. Wastewater enters the grille through the inlet, filtered by the grille plate, and the filtered water flows to the outer side of the grille plate. The sludge is retained on the inner surface of the same plate and brought to the top with the continuous rotation of the grille plate. The backwashing system washes the outer side of the grille plate, and under the action of the washing water, the sludge is flushed into the slag collection trough and flows out of the outlet along with the washing water. The monitoring system for the internal flow grille plate equipment has high real-time, accuracy, and reliability. The operation of the equipment in Jiangsu requires strict authorization.

The internal flow fine grid de污 machine and the matching screenings machine are linked for control. Upon startup, the fine grid and the screenings machine activate simultaneously; after shutdown, the spiral conveyor delays 5 minutes before stopping.

The control box is located near the grille, and the cables connected to the equipment are supplied by our company.

All equipment interlock control is achieved through the control box. The control system features on-site manual/auto, on-site auto, and remote central control operation modes, which can be switched using the "Manual/Auto/RMT" toggle switch provided on the panel.
