T-shaped welded steel pipes with nickel exhibit strong corrosion resistance in acidic environments. The higher the nickel content in the T-shaped welded steel pipes, the stronger the corrosion resistance, especially in environments with or containing certain substances. Under normal conditions, adding chromium to the T-shaped welded steel pipes is sufficient to prevent corrosion. Poor edge condition of the steel strip is another significant cause of misalignment.
