Maintenance and care methods for SMC sheet machine:
1. Regularly apply lubricating oil to all lubrication points; add engine oil at least twice per shift. Inject butter oil for lubrication every 20 days, and replace the oil pan every three months.
2. Wall panel shaft seals should be adjusted or replaced as needed, based on wear and usage conditions.
3. Regularly inspect the steam pipelines and all joints of the SMC sheet machine, no leakage is permitted.
4. Machines should be inspected and maintained after six months of operation, checking for worn parts and performing necessary repairs or replacements.
5. After the SMC sheet material machine is installed, proceed with cleaning, degreasing, and wiping off rust-proof grease. Check all lubrication points and inject lubricating oil (grease).
6. Prior to starting the engine, check the tension of the drive belt and adjust the bolts to position the motor appropriately.
7. Inspect for loose fasteners on the SMC sheet machine, leaks in the steam pipes, and any hazards in the electrical and electrical equipment. Electrically heated SMC sheet machines must have grounding devices.
