The eddy current metal separator exhibits excellent sorting effectiveness for various non-ferrous metals, effectively separating non-metallic materials from non-ferrous metals, reducing labor, recycling metals, and significantly increasing added value. Widely used in the sorting and processing of urban and industrial waste materials, such as post-crushing refuse, the repelling force of the separator can propel gold, metal lumps, glass fragments from e-waste, used plastic windows and doors, boiler bottom ash, and shredded auto parts containing copper and aluminum, among other non-ferrous metals, as well as in the sorting of materials for the environmental protection industry.
Advantages and Features of Eddy Current Metal Separator:
1. Equipped with an intelligent touch control cabinet system and variable frequency control, for smoother and more reliable operation.
2. Utilizes PLC programmable control for easy one-touch operation.
3. The bearings use imported bearings, offering a long service life and smooth operation.
4. The magnetic roller is equipped with effective magnetic system protection to prevent the magnetic system from falling off during high-speed operation.
5. The entire machine is crafted with special technology, precision engineered, featuring low noise and vibration during operation.
6. The entire unit is equipped with various detection and alarm devices, providing real-time monitoring of the operation status of each critical component.
Principle of Induction Current Metal Separator
Principle of Operation for Eddy Current Metal Separator: The non-ferrous metal eddy current separator is designed based on the principle that conductors can generate induced currents in a high-frequency alternating magnetic field. When the machine is in operation, it produces a high-frequency alternating strong magnetic field on the surface of the sorting roller. This field induces eddy currents within the metal blocks. The magnetic field generated by the eddy current separator is opposite in direction to the original field, creating a repulsive force. This repulsive force propels the metal blocks forward, allowing the eccentric aluminum separator to achieve the separation purpose.
