It is widely used in the comfort central air conditioning systems of public facilities such as hotels, shopping malls, office buildings, exhibition halls, airports, and sports stadiums.

Air-cooled Advantages: Low investment, portable; Disadvantages: Cooling efficiency varies with ambient temperature. Better in winter, poorer in summer. Similar to home air conditioners, during summer when outdoor temperatures are higher, the cooling effect is reduced.

Refrigerated logistics refers to the systematic process of maintaining the required low or constant temperature environment for frozen and refrigerated goods throughout all stages, from production, cold storage, transportation management, distribution management, to sales, and finally to the end consumer's hands. (1) During loading, ensure the refrigeration unit is checked and the refrigeration unit has been shut down.

(2) Pre-cooling of Goods: Prior to loading, the wooden blocks and other cushioning materials used in the refrigerated container must be pre-cooled. Additionally, the goods themselves should be pre-cooled to the required transport temperature. Due to the limited refrigeration capacity of the cold box design, it is only suitable for maintaining the temperature of the goods. If the goods are too warm, it will cause the refrigeration system to overwork, leading to a fresh produce warehouse integration, which may result in system failure and affect the stability of the goods.

(3) Regarding pre-cooling of refrigerated containers: Generally, refrigerated containers should not be pre-cooled, as opening a pre-cooled container allows outside hot air to enter and, upon contact with the cold inside, condense into water vapor, which can damage the outer packaging and labels of the goods. Water droplets condensing on the evaporator surface can also affect the cooling capacity. However, pre-cooling of the container is permissible when the cold storage temperature matches the container's internal temperature and "cold air channels" are used for loading.

(4) Pre-Inspection Test (PTI): Each refrigerated container must be inspected for the container body and refrigeration system before delivery to ensure it is clean, undamaged, and the refrigeration system is in good working condition. Refrigerated containers that pass the inspection should be labeled with a "Passed Inspection" sticker.

(5) Pre-packing Preparation: For different perishable goods, confirm the following: temperature settings; fresh air exchange rate; relative humidity settings; total transportation time; cargo volume; packaging materials and dimensions used; required documents and certificates, etc.
