Flat焊接flange refers to a type of flange that is connected to a vessel or pipeline using angular welds. It belongs to the type of flange that can be used in various situations. During design, the overall integrity of the flange ring and the straight section connection is considered, and it is checked as a monolithic or loose flange accordingly. Flange rings come in two types: with neck and without neck. Compared to neck welding flanges, flat welding flanges have a simpler structure, use less material, but are less rigid and have less sealing performance.
