HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe, commonly known as PE corrugated pipe, was first successfully developed in Germany in the early 1980s. After more than a decade of development and refinement, it has evolved from a single type to a complete product line. The production process and application technology are now highly mature. Due to its excellent performance and relatively cost-effective price, it has been widely promoted and applied in developed countries like Europe and the United States.
Double-walled corrugated pipe is a new type of lightweight piping material made from high-density polyethylene. It features light weight, high pressure resistance, good flexibility, quick installation, and long lifespan. Compared to other piping materials, its wall structure design significantly reduces costs. Furthermore, due to its convenient and reliable connections, it is widely used both domestically and internationally, extensively replacing concrete pipes and cast iron pipes.
Features
1. The product features a unique structure with strong pressure resistance.
2. Smooth inner wall, high flow rate.
3. The product features easy connection, sealed interfaces, corrosion resistance, zero leakage, non-scaling, and prevents secondary pollution, making it the ideal "green pipe material."
4. The product boasts excellent flexural properties, capable of adapting to uneven soil settlement.
5. Long service life, can be used underground for over 50 years.
6. Lightweight product, easy to install, reduces installation costs and shortens the installation cycle.
7. At a speed of 15 feet per second, the wear resistance is 3 to 5 times higher than that of ordinary or fine-grained steel pipes.
