I. Overview

This distributor is widely used in high radiation heat and extremely harsh environments, ensuring that the lubrication points receive timely and precise lubrication, thereby extending the equipment's lifespan, reducing the labor intensity of maintenance workers, and minimizing repair costs. This model is a newly developed and manufactured product by our company. It fully utilizes mechanical seals within the valve body, completely overcoming the shortcomings of the original rubber sealing parts, which were prone to low heat resistance and aging. This significantly enhances its heat resistance. Additionally, to facilitate the inspection of the distributor's proper operation, an exhaust bolt (also employing mechanical sealing) is added to the valve body at the connection point with the oil outlet. During the inspection, simply turn the bolt counterclockwise gently to determine if the lubrication point is supplying oil normally.

2. Usage Instructions

This type of distributor is typically supplied with an even number of oil outlets. If the customer requires an odd number of outlets, it must be specified at the time of ordering.
