Quality Commitment: If there is a quality issue due to welding of the main longitudinal beam within one year from the date of manufacture, we offer a replacement. Lifetime warranty is provided. In case of quality issues, "repair, replacement, and return" is guaranteed. If the technical service personnel cannot resolve the quality issue within 10 days of arrival on-site during the warranty process, compensation of 200 yuan per day for economic loss will be provided from the eleventh day. If the quality requirement is still not met after an additional 15 days, a replacement or return is guaranteed. For 13T-20T axle usage, under normal operating conditions, the axle warranty is three years, and the wheel hub and brake drum "three guarantees" period is one year or 150,000 kilometers.
