Quality Promise: If there are quality issues due to welding of the main longitudinal beam within one year from the date of manufacture, it will be replaced free of charge, with lifetime warranty. In case of quality issues, "repair, replacement, and return" policy is implemented. If the technical service personnel cannot resolve the quality issue within 10 days upon arrival at the site during the repair process, compensation of 200 yuan per day for economic loss will be provided from the eleventh day. If the quality requirement is still not met after an additional 15 days, the product will be replaced or returned. For users operating 13T-20T axle vehicles under normal conditions, the axle body warranty is three years, and the wheel hub and brake drum are covered under a "three guarantees" policy for one year or 150,000 kilometers.
