The principle of the fiberglass reinforced plastic integrated pump station is: the liquid level information of the pump station is fed back to the control system by a pressure sensor or a float ball, and then the pump operation is adjusted by the control system's set operating parameters. When the liquid level reaches the pump start-up level set by the system, the control system activates the pump, allowing wastewater to be pumped out to the municipal wastewater pipeline. When the wastewater pumping level falls below the system-set level, the system shuts down the pump. This cycle ensures the smooth operation of the fiberglass reinforced plastic integrated pump station.
Glass-Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Integrated Pump Station Installation Method
Glass-fiber reinforced plastic integrated pump stations can be installed in different ways according to varying operating conditions to ensure long service life and efficient operation. In general, we recommend the installation method of a fully integrated submersible sump pump station. Alternatively, options include an external valve sump pump station, a dry-wet separated pump station, and a pump station with a maintenance room. Customers can decide on the installation method based on the design drawings or specific on-site usage.
