Ⅰ. Product Overview
The NOX Nitrogen Oxide Concentration Exceedance Warning System utilizes imported high-precision electrochemical sensors, featuring high sensitivity, high repeatability, and ease of operation, in compliance with national standards. With advanced industrial networking technology, plus exceedance audio-visual alarm functions, GPRS transmission systems, it meets users' needs for real-time remote monitoring of nitrogen oxide emissions. It also provides robust data support for the formulation of environmental governance policies and offers early warning services. The product is currently mainly applied in the detection and analysis of nitrogen oxide emissions from gas boiler exhaust gases.
Ⅱ. Product Advantages
●The core control components utilize mainstream PLCs, with output elements from OMRON, enabling the system to automatically perform a series of operations including sampling, drainage, and fault handling.
● Integrated design, modular integration, flexible configuration of monitoring factors according to projects, and formulation of testing plans;
● Utilizing Gaussian plume model and distributed redundant node judgment algorithm;
Data can be transmitted via RS232, RS485, and various other communication methods to the superior centralized control system, providing real-time data for remote monitoring and process adjustments.
● Multi-level pre-treatment function, with precise and stable numerical detection.
●Continuous online operation, runtime adjustable, pump-suction sampling, suitable for positive, negative pressure, and vacuum environments.
● Cross-interference calculation module, further optimized temperature and humidity detection and compensation, reducing mutual interference between contaminant gases; · Equipped with reverse-blowing function, effectively prevents clogging of the intake pipe.
● Test data and status information of the instrument can be automatically transmitted and queried.
● Can be connected to the environmental protection department and the company's internal monitoring platform.
III. Working Principle
The NOX concentration exceedance early warning system consists of four parts: the sampling system, pretreatment system, gas analysis system, and data collection and transmission system. The sampling system collects flue gas from boilers, filters it initially for dust, and then sends it to the pretreatment system. The pretreatment system cools, dehumidifies, and filters the gas for a second time. The gas analysis system performs concentration detection and analysis of the flue gas, with the analysis results displayed in real-time on the analyzer's screen. Additionally, these data are transmitted to PLCs, remote computers, or flue gas concentration monitoring cloud platforms via the internal networking module of the instrument.
