Ⅰ. Product Introduction
The VOCs Online Monitoring System is a high-performance environmental monitoring equipment that employs a full-process high-temperature hot and wet sampling technology. It is equipped with advanced gas chromatography separation technology and detection methods such as FID and PID, measuring the composition of volatile organic compounds in exhaust gas, including total THC, CH4, non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC), benzene derivatives, aromatic compounds, esters, and transmitting the measurement data to the environmental protection department remotely.
We also provide dedicated analysis software for users to more intuitively review gas concentrations and compositions. The internal sampling, feeding, and detection systems of the instrument all employ high-temperature heating methods, which are advantageous for measuring samples with high concentrations and boiling points. For complex field application conditions, we use a structure that is easy to implement explosion-proof designs, meeting the monitoring needs of various industries such as petrochemicals, municipal, water treatment, metallurgy, mining, telecommunications, archaeology, laboratories, cold storage, and winemaking.
II. System Composition
Sample Unit:
The exhaust gas outlet is sampled to ensure the normal operation of the gas analyzer. Nanometer ceramic filter cores are used to effectively remove particulates. It features reverse blowing functionality for gas pipelines and a full 180-degree heating function along the pipeline, meeting the requirements for sampling gas transportation. As needed, temperature, air pressure, and flow rate sensors are configured to support data collection for industrial control computers.
2. Sample Pre-treatment Unit:
Remove moisture that may affect testing from the sample gas, control the sample gas, create a standard flow and pressure environment, and supply the analytical instrument.
3. GC-FID Analytical Unit
GC- Gas Chromatography analysis method conforming to national standards, combined with FID- Flame Ionization Detection, for sample gas analysis; compares standard gas characteristics; analyzes the concentration of component gases in the sample gas, and then visually displays the processed data.
4. Benchmark Gas Comparison Process Gas Supply Unit
Standard Gas is a nationally recognized gas of standard concentration, used for calibrating analytical instruments. Electrically controlled gas circuit switching valves are used for logical program control during the gas analysis process. Zero-grade air is used for circuit cleaning, while hydrogen and oxygen are used for FID combustion assistance, and nitrogen is used as a carrier gas for trace standard gases.
5. Automated Electric Control Visual Information Unit
The electric control unit is used for the automatic operation control of the entire system, while the visual information unit is for displaying and monitoring information output.
