I. Terms of Use

This product is suitable for single-unit circulating oil lubrication systems in metallurgical, heavy-duty, and mining machinery equipment. It uses industrial lubricating oil with viscosity grades of N22-N460 (equivalent to ISO VG22-460), and the cooling unit employs a shell-and-tube oil cooler.
The nominal oil supply pressure for the稀油润滑装置is 0.63MPa; the filtration accuracy is 0.08mm for low viscosity; 0.12mm for high viscosity; the cooling water temperature should be ≤30℃; the cooling water pressure should be ＜0.4MPa; when the inlet oil temperature of the cooler is 50℃, the temperature drop of the lubricating oil should be ≥8℃; the steam pressure is 0.2-0.4MPa; the pump inlet pressure should be greater than 0.63MPa.
The small oil lubrication units XHZ-6.3 to XHZ-125 are factory-assembled; the medium-sized units XHZ-160 to XHZ-500 are shipped in disassembled parts; the large units XHZ-630 to 2000 and XHZ-630A to 2000A (with pressure tank, denoted by "A") are supplied as kits of loose parts for on-site welding and assembly.

Section 2: Working Principle

The working principle of this light oil lubrication unit is as follows:
The oil is discharged from the oil pump and sent directly to the lubrication point after passing through a one-way valve, a shut-off valve, a double-chambered mesh filter, and an oil cooler. It then flows back to the oil tank along the system's return oil main pipe after passing through the return oil filter. The nominal pressure of the pump is 0.63 MPa (i.e., the pump's outlet pressure), and the supply pressure of the thin oil lubrication unit is 0.5 MPa (i.e., the outlet pressure). The thin oil lubrication unit with a pressure tank has an air source pressure of 0.5 to 0.6 MPa.
During normal operation, one gear pump is in use while the other serves as a backup. They are alternated through a changeover switch, and can be started and stopped using a button switch. The output of the pump is equipped with a safety valve to prevent overpressure in the oil pump, with the valve set to open at 0.63MPa. The system pressure is controlled by a pressure switch; the main pump can only start when the system pressure reaches the normal setpoint. If the system pressure falls below a certain setpoint, the backup pump automatically starts until the pressure is restored. If the system pressure continues to drop below the setpoint, a low-pressure alarm signal is triggered, requiring the main pump to stop and the fault to be addressed.

2. The helical gear oil pump is driven by a 4-pole motor; the bevel gear oil pump is powered by a 6-pole motor; the pole number also depends on the medium viscosity, with high viscosity requiring a slower speed.
