I. Terms of UseThe double-tube cooler is designed and manufactured according to the GB151 standard, with reference to the German AD and American TEMA standards. It features a full steel and partial brass structure. The oil side operates at a pressure of 1.6 MPa and a temperature of 150°C, while the water side operates at a pressure of 1.0 MPa and a temperature of 100°C. The product boasts energy-saving and reliable safety features; it is suitable for steam turbine generator sets, compressor sets, fans, pump sets, and oil and petrochemical industry oil cooling systems, and can also be used in other oil cooling systems.II. Features1. The listed data is for a two-pass, tube-in-tube dual oil cooler. Options are available for four-pass, six-pass, bare tube, or finned tube coolers upon request.2. Coolers are typically installed in a horizontal orientation. Two vertical arrangements are available upon request: one with the inlet chamber at the bottom and the other with the inlet chamber at the top, facilitating tube bundle removal.3. The oil-water interface flange standards are in accordance with JB/T81-94. When non-standard flanges are required according to customer specifications, the piping requirements should be met.4. The cooler is designed with a double-unit structure according to AP I 614 standard, consisting of two coolers of the same area and a three-way valve unit. One cooler is in operation and the other is a standby. Each cooler can bear the entire cooling load of the system. The tube plate is fixed at one end and floats at the other, with removable tube bundles and water chamber cover for easy cleaning, inspection, and maintenance during operation. The material of the cooler can be chosen from various options based on the application and water system conditions. The water chamber, casing, and three-way valve can be made of carbon steel or all stainless steel, while the tube plate can be carbon steel, stainless steel, or brass plate. Tube materials can be plain brass tube H68, arsenic brass tube HSn70-1A, aluminum brass tube HA177-2A, or stainless steel tubes such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti, B10, B30, etc.5. The three-way valve is a steel-welded structure continuous flow change valve. This valve ensures no interruption to the oil path during internal structure failure or valve changeover.
