The veneer board is primarily composed of three parts: the surface material, core material, and bottom material. The surface is treated with a special coating, featuring a colored embossed metal plate. The core material is a fire-retardant insulated layer, and the bottom layer is made of aluminum foil with thermal insulation and moisture-proof properties.
Insulation and decorative panels utilize the world's advanced interlocking technology, offering a short construction period, simple installation, suitability for all seasons, and durability. Metal embossed panels are made from aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel sheets, coated with a moderate amount of resin under high pressure, filled with rigid PU polyurethane foam to form foam boards for insulation and heat preservation. They are then bonded with waterproof aluminum foil insulation paper and available in various patterns such as wood grain, brick, stone, bark, and spattered textures. They feature up to seven layers of special resin coating and offer nearly 100 color options.
