Construction Process

A. Raw Surface Treatment

Brush with water-based epoxy primer

C. Scrape off the water-based epoxy resin mortar layer

D. Sand down the mortar layer and clean

E series waterborne epoxy putty layer

F. Batch coated waterborne epoxy resin topcoat layer

G. Waterborne Epoxy Paint Coating

Note: For waterborne epoxy mortar thin coatings, a waterborne polyurethane topcoat can be chosen to enhance surface hardness and wear resistance.
