Simplified construction process
Construction Preparation - Substrate Cleaning - Apply one coat of alkali-resistant primer - Level the base coarse aggregate - Paste double-layer mesh at the junction of primary and secondary structures - Apply the 1st coat of natural stone powder (0.7mm) - Apply the 2nd coat of natural stone powder (0.7mm) - Sandpaper sanding - Apply the 3rd coat of natural stone powder (0.4mm) - Finish polishing
Cautionary Notes
2 Quality Assurance Measures
2.1 When scraping natural stone powder, for walls and ceilings with unevenness exceeding the standard requirements, it is necessary to use a 2-meter-long aluminum alloy scraper to level the coarse aggregate of the natural stone powder base. After drying, check with a straightedge.
2.2 After leveling the wall, use an aluminum alloy straightedge of an appropriate length to make the wall corners, which do not meet the specifications, straight, based on the coarse aggregates of the base.
2.3 When dealing with a miter corner, first project a vertical line along one wall's miter corner. Then, use putty to make the side of the corner flat and straight according to the line. After drying, project the line for the other side.
2.4 Foundation treatment must be thorough; walls should be free of oil stains and loose plaster. The cut surfaces of concrete wall bolts must be primed with anti-rust paint before being filled and leveled.
2.5 Wall defects should be filled with natural stone powder and sanded thoroughly.
2.6 After application, one should check for any adverse factors due to cross operations.
2.7 NaturalDust powder must be applied at least 2 hours apart on each side, ensuring it is completely dry. The subsequent coat must be applied only after the previous coat has dried thoroughly.
