The G series single-screw pump is a new type of pump operating on the principle of reciprocating meshing volumetric action. Its main working components are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed sleeve (stator). Due to their unique geometric shapes, these two components each form a separate sealed cavity. The medium flows uniformly in the axial direction, with low internal velocity, constant volume, stable pressure, and thus no vortex or turbulence is produced. The output pressure of each stage is 0.6 Mpa, with a head of 60m (clean water), self-priming height typically at 6m, and suitable for transporting media with temperatures below 80℃ (special requirements can reach 150℃). This pump, made with various elastic materials for the stator, has the characteristics that general pump types cannot handle, such as transporting high-viscosity fluids or media containing hard suspended particles or fibrous materials. Its flow rate is proportional to the rotational speed. Transmission can be achieved through a coupling for direct drive, or by using a variable-speed motor, V-belt, gear box, and other devices for speed variation. This pump has few parts, a compact structure, small size, easy maintenance, and the rotor and stator are the easily damaged parts, with a simple structure for easy assembly and disassembly.
The G-type single screw pump is suitable for conveying neutral or corrosive liquids, clean or abrasive liquids, liquids containing gas or prone to forming bubbles, including liquids with fibrous matter and solid particles.

G-type single screw pump operating features:
Wide range of applicability, capable of conveying all types of fluid media, as well as non-fluid materials.
Flow and pressure are stable, pulse-free.
Variable speed changes the output flow, suitable for metered dosing.
High suction capacity, low working noise, no leakage, no temperature rise.
G Type Single Screw Pump Options for Single Screw Pumps:
Proper selection is crucial for achieving the desired operational results. To meet the requirements of different media's physical and chemical properties, we recommend: The user provides the pump operating data, and our professional staff will recommend a suitable model, which will then be confirmed by the user.
Key operating data required for selecting G-type single screw pumps include:
Transport Medium: Name, Corrosiveness, Erosiveness, Viscosity, Solids Content, Operating Temperature
Operating Parameters: Flow or flow range, high pressure, continuous or intermittent operation;
Installation Environment: Horizontal or vertical, fixed or mobile, special requirements for pipe connections, explosion-proof protection requirements.
