The NCB series high-viscosity rotor pumps are a new type of volumetric pump developed based on the needs of industries such as petroleum, chemicals, coatings, fats, dyes, and food. Due to the availability of different materials and its unique structure, these pumps are widely used for conveying media of varying properties and viscosities.
Overview of NCB Series High Viscosity Rotor Pumps:
The NCB series standard (stainless steel) internal impeller high viscosity positive displacement pumps are a new type of volumetric pump developed to meet the needs of industries such as oil, chemical, paint, grease, dye, and food. Due to the availability of different materials and its unique structure, these pumps are widely used for the transportation of media with varying properties and viscosities.
Applicable medium temperature: -10℃ to 200℃ (for NYPO.78 and NYP2.3, the applicable temperature range is -10℃ to 80℃).
Applicable medium viscosity: 1.0 cSt to 300,000 cSt (for NYPO 78 and NYP 2.3, the applicable viscosity range is 1.0 cSt to 10,000 cSt).
Advantages of NCB Series Internal Ring High Viscosity Rotor Pumps
(1) Smooth liquid transfer with minimal pulsation, vibration, and low noise.
(2) Strong self-priming capability.
(3) Properly selected component materials can transport various corrosive media and operate at temperatures up to 200°C.
(4) Inlet and outlet rotors turn in the same direction, with minimal wear and a long service life.
(5) The speed of the rotor pump is linearly related to its flow rate; the flow can be adjusted by appropriately changing the rotation speed.
(6) Particularly suitable for conveying high viscosity mediums.
