The YCB Arc Gear Pump is primarily composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, and so on. The gears are manufactured using a double arc sine curve tooth profile. Compared to involute gears, its outstanding advantage is that there is no relative sliding of the tooth profiles during the gear meshing process, resulting in no wear on the tooth surfaces, smooth operation, no liquid hammering, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency. This pump breaks free from the constraints of traditional design, bringing the gear pump into a new realm in terms of design, production, and use. The YCB Arc Gear Pump KCG is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection, with the full回流 pressure of the safety valve at 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure. It can also be adjusted separately within the allowable discharge pressure range according to actual needs. However, note that this safety valve should not be used as a reducing valve for long-term operation and can be installed separately on the pipeline if needed. The shaft end seal design of the YCB Arc Gear Pump KCG is available in two forms: mechanical seal and stuffing box seal, which can be determined according to the specific application and user requirements.
Application Range: Used as transmission, booster pumps in oil transportation systems; as fuel delivery, pressurization, and injection pumps in fuel systems; as hydraulic power supply pumps in hydraulic transmission systems; and as lubricating oil pumps in all industrial fields.
YCB Arc Gear Pumps - KCG series are suitable for conveying oils without solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive, with temperatures not exceeding 200°C, and viscosities ranging from 5×10-6 to 1.5×10-3 m2/s (5-1500 cSt), as well as other fluids similar to lubricants, and are used in hydraulic transmission systems.
