Features of Manual Control Valve:
(l) The接管 size of the multi-blade air volume control valve is the same as the rectangular duct size specified in the national ventilation pipeline standardization regulations.
(2) The air volume control valve blades are available in split and parallel opening styles, serving as control valves in ventilation, air conditioning, and air purification systems.
(3) The air tightness of the air volume control valve is excellent, with a relative air leakage rate of around 5%, and good regulating performance.
Manual regulating valve structural features:
The air volume control valve features uniform blade widths in four specifications, with diamond-shaped double blades. Soft lap joints are used between the blades, ensuring excellent sealing performance.
(2) The valve body frame is manually adjusted and made from 2mm galvanized cold-rolled steel, either welded using CO2 gas protection or焊接 from common Q235 steel plates; the blades are cold-rolled into corrugated shape from 1mm galvanized steel, joined together by spot welding into a square shaft, or formed from 2mm G235 steel plate into a single piece with punch holes inserted into a square shaft, or焊接 into a round shaft.
(3) The regulating valve is available in manual and electric types, and is classified by material into four categories: iron plate, galvanized plate, aluminum alloy plate, and stainless steel plate. The valve body structure and specifications are identical.
