Introduction to the newly launched eco-friendly phosphorus lock agent by the manufacturer:
Phosphorus Locking Agent: A mineral phosphorus sedimentation preparation, primarily composed of lanthanum-modified bentonite. During the sedimentation process, the agent effectively adsorbs phosphorus in water bodies, and upon settling at the sediment-water interface, it can钝ize the phosphorus at the soil-water interface, preventing the release of internal phosphorus sources. The phosphorus locking agent can also control the phosphorus content in water bodies, making it unavailable for algae utilization, thereby inhibiting the growth and reproduction of cyanobacteria.
Appearance: greyish-white powder
Ingredients: Bentonite, Rare Earth Lanthanum
pH: around 7
Dosage: To reduce total phosphorus by 1 ppm, 100 ppm of phosphorus lock agent is required (actual dosage may be adjusted according to the specific on-site conditions of the customer).
Usage: This product is suitable for various water bodies such as lakes, reservoirs, rivers, large drinking water source ponds, and landscape lakes in residential communities. It is not strictly pH-sensitive, working effectively in a pH range of 5-9. After dissolving the phosphorus lock in water, evenly sprinkle it across the water surface.
