Our company's independently developed software operating system can correspond to profile shapes and composite processing, even for super-hard alloys.
Features
With the same software system as the IGM15EXⅢ, input the abrasive grain size and width, then enter the workpiece outer diameter to generate suitable conditions for grinding and dressing.
The operation screen requires no text input; simply view the control panel and touch the screen to complete operations. The use of touchscreen control eliminates unnecessary switch installations, making it even more straightforward.
Available for IGM15NCⅢ options is a 2-axis hollow ball screw·contour forming software. It can not only accomplish high-level grinding but also save grinding conditions.
The IGM15NCⅢ-2 machine tool, compared to those with double sandwheel shafts, allows for the grinding of slot holes, end faces, tapered shapes, and peripheral surfaces all in a single fixture setup. It enhances the precision of concentricity and perpendicularity. Moreover, the feed axis utilizes a closed-loop and grating feedback system, further improving dimensional accuracy.

Profile Grinding Software System ~EDELAC Win~
For shaping the contour, both the performance of the machine tool and the processing parameters accumulated from years of experience are crucial. EDELAC Win can read CAD data, not only making independent judgments and selecting the appropriate processing program, but also displaying the abrasive wheel's action path on the computer screen. This is particularly beneficial for the internal processing where interference between the abrasive wheel and the workpiece is hard to judge visually.

Features
Not only does the LCD screen handle data input, but it also features the first-time integration of a selectable switch to adjust the workbench's movement speed and grinding condition variations. It resolves the conflict between general-purpose machine tools and data recording, allowing for up to 36 process parameters to be recorded.
The workbench and guide rail surfaces are driven by ball screws and linear guides, allowing for precise determination of internal cross-sectional positions with high accuracy and rigidity in repeated operations. Moreover, the low-oil-pressure temperature management setup minimizes many of the inconveniences associated with frequent replacements.
Data input for the workbench location is done through graphical numbering on the operational screen. User-friendly, geared towards the latest models advancing into the future.

Product Philosophy
IGM2TNCⅢ: Large internal cylindrical lathe with workpieces that can be machined up to 1000mm in length and a spindle that can rotate up to 15°.
IGM2TNC-3/4: Workpieces up to 11,000 to 2,000mm in length can be machined. (Other requirements can be discussed separately.)
Features
Graphical dialogue software, capable of up to 8 consecutive processing cycles. The workbench's reverse movement position and starting cutting position can be set for both inputting critical data and knife positioning.
When the workpiece length changes, the main spindle can switch left or right. It also allows for operations such as sanding, interrupting the cycle, and retracting the tool during the automatic cycle.
Grinding of cross-sections of long workpieces is available upon condition.

Batch processing for medium-sized auto parts, compact internal cylindrical grinder.
Features
The design principle is to keep the opening within 1m, with the detailed mechanical elements visible to the naked eye, achieving an 840mm narrow line shape opening.
Up-and-down feed, with the workbench's movement speed reaching 15m/min for high-speed contact. Equipped with a super-efficient (stroke width of 2mm) capable of 490 reciprocations per minute, it significantly enhances the cycle time.
Optional external measurement device for small vertical articulated robot can be installed.
Achieves continuous operation from workpiece replacement to cleaning, measurement, and correction.
