Section II: Sheets and Materials
(1) Stainless steel plate with brushed finish.
(2) The stove top is 1.2-1.5 mm thick, with 20 mm thick glass wool insulation under the stove surface; the top slopes forward, featuring a water collection trough at the front and comes with a filter. There's a φ50mm drainage connection at the left end of the trough.
(3) Side panels and front panel thickness: 0.8-1.0mm; Rear panel depth: 150mm, height: 450mm, made of 1.2mm thick stainless steel.
(4) The furnace frame is constructed from 40*40*4mm angle iron, welded together and coated with anti-rust paint, ensuring strength and the ability to support all accessories; the furnace shelf and combustion chamber are made of 2mm thick black iron plate, internally lined with refractory silicon bricks for insulation.
(5) The burner is equipped with a 'Light Energy' brand energy-saving 4-inch gas jet furnace head, paired with a low-noise anti-vibration blower, which comes with a separate power plug. The piping and valve ports are made of copper, using a pneumatic interlock main gas valve and a safety gas release device, with a safe ignition switch.
(6) Stainless steel flavoring boards, frying basket stands.
(7) Made with φ49mm lead water pipes for the hearth foot, covered with φ51mm stainless steel piping, and equipped with adjustable gravity legs
