Product Introduction
Product Description
The梅花 coupler, also known as a claw coupler, is a widely used type of coupling, consisting of two metal claw discs and an elastic element. The metal claw discs are typically made of 45# steel, but aluminum alloys are also used for applications requiring high load sensitivity.

Product Features
Coupling, also known as a coupling joint, is a mechanical component used to firmly connect the driving and driven shafts of different mechanisms for simultaneous rotation, and to transmit motion and torque. It is also sometimes used to connect shafts to other parts (such as gears, belt pulleys, etc.). Typically, it is composed of two halves, connected by keys or tight fits, secured at the ends of the shafts, and then joined together in some manner. The coupling can compensate for offsets between the two shafts due to factors such as imprecise manufacturing and installation, deformation during operation, or thermal expansion (including axial, radial, angular, or combined offsets); as well as to mitigate shocks and absorb vibrations.
Most commonly used couplings are standardized or specified, typically requiring only the correct selection of the coupling type, determination of the model and size. In cases where necessary, load capacity calculations can be performed on the vulnerable weak points. At high rotational speeds, centrifugal forces on the outer edge and deformation of the elastic elements must be verified, along with balance checks, etc.
