Product Introduction

Product Description
The梅花 couplings, also known as claw couplings, are a widely used type of coupling, consisting of two metal claw disks and an elastic element. The metal claw disks are typically made of 45# steel, but aluminum alloy is also used for applications requiring high load sensitivity.

Product Features
couplings, also known as couplings, are mechanical components used to firmly connect the driving shaft and the driven shaft of different mechanisms for simultaneous rotation, as well as to transmit motion and torque. They are sometimes also used to connect shafts to other parts (such as gears, pulleys, etc.). Typically composed of two halves, which are connected by keys or tight fits and secured at both shaft ends, then joined together in some manner. Couplings can compensate for offsets between the two shafts due to inaccuracies in manufacturing and installation, deformation during operation, or thermal expansion (including axial, radial, angular, or composite offsets); they also help to mitigate shocks and absorb vibrations.
Common couplings are generally standardized or specified, typically requiring only the correct selection of the coupling type, determination of the model and size. In case of necessity, load capacity calculations for the vulnerable weak points should be performed; at high rotational speeds, centrifugal forces on the outer edges and deformation of elastic elements must be verified, along with balance checks.
