Couplings, also known as couplings, are mechanical components used to firmly connect the driving and driven shafts of different mechanisms for simultaneous rotation, while transmitting motion and torque. Common couplings are generally standardized or specified. Typically, it's just a matter of selecting the correct type of coupling, determining the model and size. In case of necessity, a load capacity check calculation can be performed on the vulnerable parts. When operating at high speeds, centrifugal forces on the outer periphery and deformation of the elastic elements must also be verified, along with balance checks.
