Aluminum sheath, also known as pipe cladding, features rock wool insulation between the cladding and the pipe. This protective layer guards against heat diffusion in heating pipes, making aluminum sheath suitable for insulation purposes.
For unused aluminum sheets, they should be wrapped with plastic film for storage. If possible, place them in an area with desiccants to absorb moisture from the air, thus preventing oxidation. If the sheets are suddenly moved from a low-temperature to a high-temperature area during storage, do not immediately open the packaging, as this can easily lead to oxidation. Wait until the aluminum sheets are suitable for use before unwrapping to avoid oxidation.
