Product Application

This product is suitable for in-line and off-line cleaning of press felt and boots for one, two, and three-press papermaking.

Usage Instructions

In-machine cleaning: Firstly, dilute the blanket cleaner to a concentration of 2-5% with water.② Cease pulp supply, after 5 minutes of water shutdown, the paper machine shifts to creep speed, and the felt blanket is loosened.③PreparedCleaningThe agent is evenly sprayed over the entire blanket to ensure uniform absorption.CleaningAgent, the spray time should not be less than 3-5 rotations of the terry cloth (approximately 10-15 minutes).④CleaningFinished, the blanket continues to operate at a crawling speed for 5-10 minutes, rinsed with water until the blanket feels no slippery sensation.

Off-airplane Cleaning:Dilute the carpet cleaner with water at a concentration of 3-5%, then soak the carpet in the pool for about 30 minutes. For heavily soiled areas, scrub with a brush. Rinse clean with water after washing, let it air dry, and it's ready for reuse.

Cautionary Notes

This product is alkaline; avoid prolonged contact with skin. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water.

In cold regions or below freezing temperatures, storage may cause the product to freeze or thicken, but performance remains unchanged.

During storage, if sediment forms, it does not affect product performance. Please stir thoroughly before use.

The original liquid of this product has varying viscosity under different temperatures; as the temperature rises, the viscosity decreases, but it does not affect the product's performance.
