Usage Instructions:
●Please use CWhen using S-353 ink cleaner, you can use it undiluted or add water (1:1 to 2) according to cleaning requirements, shake or stir until a white emulsion forms, and it's ready for use.
●First, clean the line gauge thoroughly, then place the CS-353 is evenly sprinkled on the scribe and roller, then the blade is mounted (do not tighten the blade yet).
●Start the machine (at a higher speed), then add an appropriate amount of CS-353 is sprinkled onto the ink roller every half minute, approximately 2-3 times.
●Printing machine is operationalTighten the blade after 1-2 minutes.
●After tightening the inking blade, if the machine's inking roller is in good condition, approximatelyIt takes about one minute for the ink on the anilox roller to be scraped clean. For some rollers with poor contact or a defective scraper,
Apply CS-353 spray to unclean areas in a measured amount until clean.
●After the ink roller is cleaned, if a lighter color is needed, sprinkle a small amount of clean water and run it for a few seconds. Once the water on the roller is dry, you can stop cleaning.
●For automatic cleaning printing machines, it is recommended to operate with the original liquid according to the specifications of the automatic cleaning unit.
●CWhen using S-353 for cleaning PS plates or rubber blankets, simply soak a sponge in the product and wipe the plate or blanket directly.
