Seamless steel tube hot-pressing forming process. The purpose of this process is to heat the seamless steel tube to an appropriate temperature, fully martensitize the wear-resistant tube, and achieve excellent plastic deformation. The heating equipment used is a continuous heat treatment furnace. Once heated above the tempering hardening temperature, the surface is prone to oxidation in the air, forming scale, which can cause adverse damage to subsequent production processing. To better prevent or reduce the air oxidation of the wear-resistant tube within the heat treatment furnace, it is generally equipped with a rare gas protection system inside the furnace, or the tube material is subjected to surface anti-oxidation treatment. This involves removing the heated seamless steel tube from the heat treatment furnace and placing it into a hot forming mold.
