Three-Door Stone Archway, Rural Three-Story Main Gate Archway

Whether intricate or simple yet grand, nearly every village entrance features a stone archway. These can be categorized into single-arch and triple-arch styles, further distinguished by the number of levels, such as one, three, five, or seven. In villages with narrow roads just a few meters wide, a single-arch stone archway is suitable due to the road width determining the style choice. The construction of these archways serves not only as a landmark but also as a decorative element enhancing the rural entrance's scenery and beautifying the village's appearance. This is an essential architectural element in the modern socialist countryside construction, and in villages with roads around 10 meters or more, a triple-arch stone archway is more appropriate.
