EPS foam is produced by the foaming and aging of polystyrene raw materials, followed by shaping and high-temperature drying to soften it, creating gas and forming a rigid closed-cell foam plastic. It boasts excellent buffering, cushioning, shock absorption, anti-drop, moisture-proof, and thermal insulation properties.
Molded foam can be customized according to the product, offering a wider range of packaging solutions, including one-piece molding, full packaging, half packaging, top-bottom boxes, and split components.
