This equipment is a laboratory sintering machine, featuring convenient bottom loading, compact design, and dual functionality for vacuum or inflation. The all-stainless steel structure has a matte finish on the exterior and is internally polished. The bottom has a movable structure for easy handling, and features silver wire heating with a full metal thermal insulation screen, eliminating carbon pollution issues. Unique technology ensures long-term use without deformation.
High cleanliness level
This furnace boasts even temperature distribution, a double-layer heat-insulating body with surface temperatures close to room temperature, adjustable heating, holding, and cooling rates, and more. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported high-temperature composite fiber materials using CNC technology, ensuring no collapse, crystallization, or slagging. The pure metal insulation layer and high cleanliness of the furnace chamber result in more even internal heating, with a maximum temperature reaching 1700°C.
Temperature control accuracy
The control system employs an automatic control system, featuring temperature correction and compensation functions, with adjustable 30-stage "time-temperature curves."
Vacuum level
This product can be equipped with different vacuum pumps to meet various requirements, including a 6.67x10-3 Pa mechanical pump, a 667x10-4 Pa diffusion pump, and a molecular pump.
