An Aerodynamic Cyclone Tower is an efficient purification equipment, also known as a Square Cyclone Tower, Cyclone Purification Tower, and Cyclone Dust Removal Tower, among others. In recent years, it has made significant progress in the fields of smoke and dust removal, and desulfurization. Its outstanding advantages include high purification efficiency, strong anti-blocking performance, and long-lasting corrosion resistance. The tower mainly consists of the main cyclone section, packing section, spray section, water circulation section, and centrifugal fan.
Dust-laden exhaust is introduced into the cyclone tower through ducts, where it spins through the washing drum. The wind speed increases, propelling the ball packing to rotate. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust is thoroughly mixed and washed with water mist, undergoing neutralization reactions (when acid or alkali is added to the water). After purification, the exhaust passes through a demisting layer to remove moisture and is then discharged into the atmosphere by a fan or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.). The liquid is pumped and sprayed into a mist at the top of the tower, before recirculating back to the bottom. The purified exhaust meets national emission standards.
Aerodynamic Swirl Tower Application Fields
1. The cyclone tower has multiple uses: it removes acid mist, odors, sulfur, dust, and oil mist, etc. It is widely used as a pretreatment in industrial waste gas purification and dust removal.
2. Treatment of various harmful gases such as H2S, SOX, NOX, HCI, NH3, CI2, etc.
3. Odor control equipment for waste transfer stations or landfills, and sewage treatment plants.
4. Process exhaust treatment for semiconductor optoelectronics industry.
5. Landfill leachate retention pond gas treatment.
6. Waste gas treatment for incinerators and industrial furnaces.
