

The steam vapor treatment equipment pneumatic swirl tower is an efficient purification device, also known as a square swirl tower, swirl purification tower, swirl dust removal tower, and more. In recent years, it has made significant progress in applications for smoke and dust removal, and desulfurization. Its outstanding advantages include high purification efficiency, strong anti-blocking performance, and long-lasting corrosion resistance. The tower is mainly composed of the main swirl section, packing section, spray section, water recirculation section, and centrifugal fan.
Dust-laden exhaust is introduced into the cyclone tower through the duct, where it speeds up as it passes through the rotating washing drum. This drives the ball packing to rotate. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust is thoroughly mixed and washed with water mist, undergoing neutralization reactions (with acid and alkali added to the water). After purification, the exhaust passes through a dehumidification layer to remove moisture and is then discharged into the atmosphere by a fan or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxygen catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.). The liquid absorbed at the bottom of the tower is pressurized by a pump and then sprayed into the drum at the top, fogging down before returning to the bottom for recirculation. The purified exhaust meets national emission standards.
