

A stainless steel swirl tower is an efficient purification equipment, also known as a square swirl tower, swirl purification tower, swirl dust removal tower, and so on. In recent years, it has made significant progress in applications such as smoke and dust removal, and desulfurization. Its outstanding advantages include high purification efficiency, strong anti-blocking performance, and long-lasting anti-corrosion durability. The swirl tower mainly consists of the main swirl section, packing section, spray section, water circulation section, and centrifugal fan.
Square swirl towers, as a new type of dust removal and purification equipment, have been widely used in exhaust gas purification. Due to the action of the swirl plates, they keep the packing in the spray tower in motion, thereby enhancing the purification effect. Square swirl towers are a type of spray equipment, yet they operate on a principle different from other spray towers.
The stainless steel cyclone tower is equipped with several "circular cyclone buckets" and high-efficiency demisting plates. Solid filling balls are placed inside the cyclone buckets for purifying sulfur or nitrogen oxides. The topmost demisting plate is used to purify water mist, achieving the goal of dehydration. The dust-laden, sulfur-containing flue gas from the boiler rises in a cyclone within the tower and contacts the liquid cyclone entering from the top on each plate, completing the dust and desulfurization tasks. The cyclone plate tower, through the force of centrifugal force, causes large particles in the flue gas to settle into a pool, and are finally manually removed and cleaned from the casing, thus purifying the gas to meet emission standards. At the same time, the water within the tower can continue to be recycled, preventing pollution.
