

The paint mist is drawn into the cyclone tower by the suction force of the negative pressure fan, where it undergoes a gas-liquid emulsification reaction with the mist, whirlwind, and water through high-speed rotation. The high-speed operation of the pneumatic mixing device ensures thorough mixing of the paint mist with the rotating liquid, achieving paint separation under centrifugal force. Inside the cyclone spray tower, a water pump circulates water, which is then emitted through non-clogging spiral nozzles at the bottom of the water-separation layer. The dust particles separated from the paint mist settle at the bottom of the water tank, while the separated gas enters the water-separation layer with environmental-friendly filling material, and then proceeds to the subsequent waste gas treatment equipment.
