The Dust Treatment Cyclone Tower operates under centrifugal force, causing the dust-laden gas to move in a radial, horizontal motion, resulting in a longer residence time and enhanced washing efficiency. This significantly improves the shortcomings of spray towers, such as incomplete dust removal and the tendency to clog, under certain operating conditions. The product utilizes advanced technology to prevent clogging of water pumps and nozzles, greatly improving production efficiency. The water in the pool can be recycled, avoiding secondary pollution concerns and conserving water resources. The Aerodynamic Cyclone Tower is equipped with several "Circular Cyclone Buckets" and efficient demisting plates. Solid filling balls are placed inside the cyclone buckets, and the topmost demisting plate is used to purify water mist, achieving the goal of dew removal. The dust-laden gas swirls up within the tower and comes into contact with the liquid swirls entering from the top on each plate, completing the dust removal task. Through the action of centrifugal force, large particles in the exhaust gas settle into the pool, and are finally manually removed and cleaned from the casing, thereby purifying the gas and ensuring compliance with emission standards. At the same time, the water within the aerodynamic cyclone tower can continue to be recycled.
