Most exhaust gases contain varying concentrations of paint mist particles, dust, or acidic/basic gases. To effectively dispose of exhaust gases, it is necessary to stop the preliminary pre-treatment. Currently, there are two types of pre-treatment equipment on the market for exhaust gases: one is a dry filtration system, such as cotton filter or paper shell filter, and the other is a wet filtration system, which is a cyclone spray tower.
Principle of Efficient Cyclone Tower for Paint Mist Treatment: Under the traction force of the fan, dust and waste gas enter the high-speed mixing guide rail device. The dust and waste gas undergo a gas-liquid emulsification reaction under the action of centrifugal force. In the high-speed rotation state of the mixing liquid, pollutants are thoroughly mixed and dissolved with the rotating liquid, increasing the density of the dust. Utilizing the designed centrifugal force of the swirl device achieves gas-liquid separation. The separated gas then enters the environmental protection filling adsorption layer. The corresponding solvent evenly distributes on the filling due to the spiral nozzle. Owing to the rational design of the filling, pollutants penetrate the filling for a longer duration, allowing for sufficient gas-liquid dissolution reaction time with the reaction liquid on the specialized environmental protection filling surface, thereby achieving the goal of standard discharge.
