These pollutants have an unpleasant odor and often cause sensory discomfort when released into the ambient air, while also posing a significant hazard to human health.
Aerodynamic Spray Tower, also known as Cyclonic Spray Tower, is an efficient and environmentally friendly equipment for treating paint mist and dust in spray painting workshops.
The cyclone spray tower, under the action of centrifugal force, causes the dust-laden gas to move in a horizontal centripetal motion, resulting in a longer停留 time and improved washing effect, thereby completely addressing the technical defects such as incomplete dust removal and easy clogging in the spray tower under certain specific operating conditions. The product employs advanced technology to prevent clogging of the pump and nozzles, significantly enhancing production efficiency. The cyclone tower is equipped with several "circular vortex buckets" and high-efficiency demisting plates. Solid filling balls are placed inside the vortex buckets, and the topmost demisting plate is used to purify water mist and achieve dehydration. The dust-laden gas rises in a vortex within the tower and comes into contact with the liquid vortex entering from the top on each plate, completing the dust removal task. Through the action of centrifugal force, large particles in the exhaust gas settle into the pool, and are finally manually removed and cleaned from the casing, thus achieving purification and meeting emission standards. At the same time, the water in the cyclone tower can continue to be recycled.
