

304 Stainless Steel Spray Tower Structure
The 304 spray tower packing layer serves as a mass transfer equipment for the gas-liquid two-phase contact components. The bottom of the packing tower is equipped with a packing support plate, and the packing is placed on the support plate in a random manner. A packing pressure plate is installed above the packing to prevent it from being blown by the rising gas flow. The spray tower's spray liquid is sprayed onto the packing from the top of the tower through a liquid distributor and flows down along the packing surface. The gas is introduced into the bottom of the tower, distributed by the gas distribution device, and then flows countercurrently through the gaps in the packing layer with the liquid, closely contacting the packing surface for mass transfer. As the liquid flows downward along the packing layer, wall effects may occur, causing uneven distribution of the gas-liquid two phases in the packing layer, thus reducing the mass transfer efficiency. Therefore, the packing layer inside the spray tower is divided into two sections, with a redistribution device set in the middle, which redistributes and sprays onto the lower packing layer after redistribution.
