The working principle of the mobile coal blending machine: The loader feeds the processed material into the hopper, and the conveyor belt transports the material to the crusher. Driven by the motor, the rotor disk with hammers rotates at high speed. When the material enters the crushing chamber, it is struck by the rapidly rotating hammers. After being shot towards the impact plate at high speed, the material is broken by the high-speed rotating frictional impact.

Material meeting the particle size requirements is discharged through the specified sieve holes. After being broken once, material that does not meet the particle size requirements is re-crushed with a hammer.
