The dry pulse bag filter for blast furnace gas is designed to receive raw gas from the main gas line through branch lines into the lower chamber of the bag filter. After mechanical separation, the gas rises and passes through the filter bags, where fine dust particles adhere to the surface. The clean gas collects in the upper chamber and is then directed through branch and main pipes to heat furnaces and other applications. As the dust on the filter bag surface accumulates over time, the resistance of the filter increases. Once the resistance reaches a certain level, the electrical control system triggers a cleaning signal. When the dust removal process reaches a certain room, first close the upper ball valve, the clean gas branch pipeline pneumatic butterfly valve, and perform pulse dust removal. The dust from the intermediate ash is discharged through the impeller feeder. After the dust in the intermediate ash hopper is exhausted, the electric impeller feeder and the discharge valve are closed. After the pulse dust removal process ends, the dust in the middle hopper settles completely. The upper ball valve and the pneumatic valve are then opened, and the dust collector filter bags enter normal filtration. The dust from the large ash enters the intermediate ash hopper through the upper ball valve. This completes one dust removal cycle. The collected dust is continuously discharged, and the dust-laden gas, or raw gas, is fully filtered.
