Shelving Product Description
After processing each component, the finished product is assembled following phosphatization, acid washing, sanding, and the classic electrostatic spraying technique.
The shelves can be adjusted up and down at a distance of 75mm, offering easy assembly and disassembly.
*The uprights are formed by cold-rolled steel sheets through a special cold bending forming unit, with double rows of holes punched on the front for spacing at 75mm intervals to accommodate cross beams; two uprights are assembled into a shelf upright section with a horizontal connecting pipe and an inclined connecting pipe placed between them.
The shelf steel deck is formed by bending cold-rolled steel sheets to the required size at all four sides.
The beam and column panels are assembled to form a frame, followed by the installation of steel deck plates, thereby creating a complete set of medium-sized shelving units.
* Typically used for storing small to medium-sized items and heavier goods, with a single-layer load capacity preset between 150kg and 800kg.
Widely used in various settings where manual handling, storage, and picking operations are predominant, for storage and display purposes.
Medium Rack Structure Features: It belongs to a type of storage rack, specifically a shelf rack. It is categorized and named based on the load-bearing capacity of the rack. According to this classification principle, medium racks are positioned between light-duty and heavy-duty racks, hence the name "medium rack." Typically, the load-bearing capacity of the shelves ranges from 150kg to 800kg per shelf (the majority of rack loads are calculated based on the load-bearing capacity per shelf).
